1. Warranty Coverage
Pro Spot International Inc., a California corporation ("Pro Spot"), warrants to the original purchaser ("Purchaser") that the Pro Spot product(s) referred to in this Purchase Order ("Pro Spot Product") shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under intended use and service for the following periods:
- One (1) year parts and labor from the date of delivery for the Pro Spot Product.
- Two (2) years for the electronic control unit, on a factory exchange basis.
- 90 Days on parts purchased or repaired items.

2. Warranty Remedies
If a defect is found within the applicable warranty period, Pro Spot will, at its sole discretion:
- Repair the defective part(s), or
- Replace the defective part(s) with new or refurbished components.
All warranty repairs or replacements shall be performed by Pro Spot or an authorized Pro Spot distributor.

3. Shipping & Transportation Responsibility
- Pro Spot will cover standard outbound shipping costs for warranty-related parts.
If the original parts replaced need to be returned to Pro Spot, a return label will be sent to the distributor. The distributor is responsible for returning the requested warranty items in a timely manner.
- Any expedited shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer through the Distributor.

4. Warranty Limitations & Exclusions
This limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Pro Spot shall not be liable under any expressed or implied warranty for incidental or consequential damages or other obligations or liabilities.
This warranty does not apply to:
• Damage caused by accidents, alterations, negligence, tampering, improper or unreasonable use, or failure to provide reasonable maintenance.
• Accessories or parts not supplied by Pro Spot.
• Failure to follow Pro Spot's recommended safety procedures, including proper grounding.
• Normal consumable items, such as electrodes, nozzles, filters, liners or cables.
Pro Spot reserves the right to make changes in product design at any time without obligation for retroactive action on previously sold products.

5. Warranty Conditions & Compliance
To maintain warranty coverage, the following conditions must be met:
• The equipment must be correctly installed and inspected by an authorized Pro Spot representative.
• The equipment must not be altered or rebuilt without Pro Spot’s written approval.
• Genuine Pro Spot parts and consumables must be used for repairs.
• The unit must be operated within its specified range and properly maintained as outlined in the user manual.
Failure to meet these conditions will void the warranty.

6. Warranty Claims Process
All claims must:
• Be submitted within the applicable warranty period.
• Include the product type and serial number (stamped on the nameplate).
• Verify that the issue occurred under normal operating conditions.

7. Terms & Conditions
• This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
• All work must be performed by Pro Spot International or an authorized distributor.
• The use of non-Pro Spot parts or repairs by unauthorized persons will void this warranty.
